Ignition Gloucestershire is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. All information that we hold concerning you as an individual (which may include your name, email address, telephone number and church/organisation connection) will be held and processed by Ignition Gloucestershire strictly in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998. Such data will be used by Ignition Gloucestershire to contact you to provide you with information about our activities or, occasionally, activities which we are supporting.
We will not send you information about our activities more than four times in a calendar year.
We will not, without your consent, supply your name and contact details to any third party except where
we are required to do so by the operation of the law.

If you have subscribed to receiving emails from us, your personal data will be used to keep you informed about Festival of Wonder activities, including sending you news, details of events, volunteering and fundraising opportunities. You may use the link in these emails to unsubscribe at any time.
Event participant personal data may be also be used on an aggregated and anonymised basis for the purposes of monitoring and improving our events (for example, finding our where our audience came from through a list of anonymous postcodes)
Ignition will not share your personal data with any third party without your consent unless there is an overriding legal obligation to do so or there is a risk to personal safety.
